Why I haven't received a call from your end inspite of repeated reminders? What action have you take against Satguru communications your fraudulent service centre in Noida. Do you want me to call up Mr. Deepak Malhotra and inform of your pathetic customer care service...I want the resolution call by today evening on my number [protected]

I have not received any update? Did you call up Rakesh who is the manager at your authorised service centre in Noida i,.e, Satguru communications. His number is Rakesh : [protected]...Manager at Micromax authorised centre at Noida. Please co-ordinate with him and get my issue resolved. In case it is not possible to repair the product either replace it or give me a cash refund of the value of product. I am attaching the new job sheet. Please note its already over a month .....R1308FUPE5218920. Attaching the new job sheet for your perusal please get it closed and resolved at the earliest. We were going through old complaints that we were not able to resolve and came across the one filed by you (#329760). I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.
