[Resolved] Micromax Q5 — sim and memory card not working | |||
I have purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile on 27th july from planet M , Ludhiana. AT the time of purchase , I did not buy the memory card . I purchased a memory card yesterday , but the phone could not read it . The store guy asked me to contact the service center at Pearl Palace , Ludhiana. The person their told me that there is water in ur mobile so not covered under warranty. When I told them that the other functions are working and how can water be in only memory card slot , I am sorry to say but the 18 - 20 yr old girl manning the counter misbehaved badly and they refused to repair the phone. I can not get hold of any mail ID I can submit a complaint , I have submitted complaint on micromax website in enquiries section twice , but there is no response ..
