Micromax / Service Center — Poor Service

I bought micromax A87 six months before and last month it was given to service at your authorized service center due to auto restart problem. But still now there is no response from your service center. Even their phones are not working I am from remote area I need to travel around 35 Kms for check status of my phone. Kindly do the needful as its almost 20 days I am without phone.
