Micromax USB Data Card — internet service break in many time

i use 3g usb modem model mmx 372g & i insert sim bsnl 3g but single is not received name cellone is show but single is not show

am use micromax usb data card use 2g bsnl sim
after net connect the internet connectivity broken after some time than unplug usb data card .
and again connect internet, this process continuse.

My micromax 300 modem bent with cabinet. Also reinsalation softwere reqd.
