I Mrs Saroj Thorat had purchased microwave oven 25SC3 on 21/9/2011 from you immediately after the warranty period my oven started giving problem the technician said that my transformer and fuse both are damaged winding of my transformer has become weak i really think some thing is wrong with your manufacturing department because IFB products do not give problem I have IFB washing machine which I have purchased recently most of my friends have IFB products because it is reputed company all the products never give any problem. Microwave Oven — our complaint no.6606
we lodged a complaint on 4.1.2010 thro whirlpool call center no.[protected] vide our complanit no.6606.then we call so many time to the call center aswell as to the service center in chennai at HEAVEN SERVICES in purasaiwakam.then they took our microwave for services.now we dont know what happened either they repaired or they will keep quitely.please inform us immeadiately without fail.R.DAYARAM
