Placed an order for approximately RS 9900 on Saturday 2 June but to date have received no order confirmation email, even after emailing and phoning through their given number (switched off) phone number :[protected] their email id: [protected]@mirraw. com. It was shipped via Fedex AWB[protected] and has been delivered on 12th June,2013. Sorry that you were unable to reach us that day. Would be great if you could resolve/close this issue from your end.

I have similar problem with Mirraw.com. My item suppose to arrive 10 days back accroding to site info. When I tried to call them, its always busy and I never receive call back from them. Several support request and mailed them for my shipping tracking number, but they never reply me. This suppose be the fraudulent behavior. Again, BUYERS- BE AWARE.
I have ordered a product and not received yet..its been more than 12 days .cash is already paid..a tracking number is given which cant b found at courier site..help..wat to do...i m scared ..money loss
i orderd m[protected] one dress but it is very cheap quality it is completly different than shown on site i want return the dress i dont know how can i do that i called so many times nobady responding very cheating i loss the mony 1425rs iam very sad about this site
