Sir,
i hv recharged my bsnl connection wid INR 89/- from mobikwik.com on[protected] and my order no.is [protected], but recharge was not successful due to some error in connection and my money is credited in mobikwik.com wallet. After that i hv complaint about it to mobikwik support to credit my money in my bank account but they replied that "We request you to try to recharge your Mobile/DTH connection once again for the amount INR 28, 59, 49, 24, 90, 109, 153, then i hv replied them that i dont want to recharge any connection from website and kindly return my money in bank account but no hopeful actions taken in this regard.
Kindly help me in this regard.
