Im parthasarathi, my contact number is [protected], my email address [protected]@gmail.com .. I have account in mobikwik.com. For recharge purpose i transffered 200rs from my indian bank account to the above given web id.I got message that 200rs is deducted from my bank account tranction of amount rs200 completed like there manage i got. After that when i opened mobikwik web site id i found that 200 rs was not credited to this account. Regarding this matter i filed a complaint and i got manage that with in 7 to 21 days my case will be solved (track id #280801). But till yet i didn't get any response from the above given web id and from bank. So, i am requesting you to pls take necessary action against this issue.and solve my problem as soon as possible
