[Resolved]  MOBILE BILL — UNFAIR CHARGES

My name is AMIT MANN Mob [protected]. i am using airtel
mobile. Airtel is charging a sum for the service i didnt use. first they active 1495 plan in this plan they charge Rs1495 for two year because previouly i was using that plan on my number. before expire of my previous plan i request for 444 plan and they activeate that plan on my number without informing me that i have to pay Rs1495 and no rebate will be given for that. Now when i got the bill i call up to customer care then they told me that when i request for 444 plan i have been iformed and i accept
it. but no such information was actually given. when i again ask for that service plan then that person told me i have to pay again Rs1495. Previous charge has been forfited no credit would be given even i did not use that plan since already new plan has been activated i registered so many complaint, Complaint num are[protected], 16145793, 16121003. But no information has been provided. They closed all my complaint without informing me. Even i emailed my complaint to to nodel officer and appellate authority. But no communication has been from there side.
What can i do in such situation. Please Help me.
