Sony Ericsson Mobile — Worst service at Sony Service Centre

Dear friends,

I would like to share my worst experience at Sony Erricsson at Malleswaram, next to ICICI ATM. They make each customer to wait for atleast 30-50 mnts for small query, no manners, they just keep talking to each other, cercastic reply. Working at their own mercy, no higherups to lodge a complaint.

dear friends,
i went to bangalore from pune for a short visit.i wanted to change the speaker of my mobile near by sony eriction mobile cservice centre(jeyanagar, 4th block, bangalore).when they gave back only plain display was there.i asked them detail they agreed their mistake and asked me 24hours time to rectify it.after that display was alright only for two days. when i checked with my friend in pune he told me original mother board was taken away.so please be aware.

I would like to share my worst experience at Sony Erricsson atjeyanagar 4th block bangalore.though i went with my mobile within the warranty, he asked me to pay by saying that water problem.within a week of time same problem came, he said mother board problem, after long quarrel he gave back only half of the money from what i paid. They make each customer to wait for atleast 30-50 mnts for small query, no manners, they just keep talking to each other, cercastic reply. Working at their own mercy. no respect for the customers.

Mobile Defective and Bad Service from the sony erricson service centre
I would like to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the Sony Ericssion P1i mobile phone and the service provided.Since I have bought this phone, it has been working well, until recently it stopped functioning normally. I returned the phone to your customer service(Trident United Products Private Limited Bangalore, Koramangala) on 20th January. The customer service representative informed me that the phone mother-board has to be replaced and they would make the phone ready in 10 days.

1 Month later, the phone is still not working.I received my phone with the motherboard replaced on Feb 18, Within 2days i had to revisit the service center as the phone started hanging frequently.
The manager promised me that he will replace it. But now they tell they haven't committed any thing like that

On each occasion they have kept the phone and apparently worked on it with no luck. Their attempts to resolve the problem have not been satisfactory and they finally claim that there is nothing more they can do to help me.Even the customer care department[protected] wasn't able help me and solve the problem.

And now they claim that they need 4 more working days to give back my cell. They need 2 months to solve a simple problem.And trust me guys they are meant to make false promises please don't trust them.
i have given my mobile(sony ericsson W350) two weeks back in univercel show room(saibaba colony branch)for service, had heating problem. they said have to replace mother board but till now i have not got my mobile. No information about when will i get the mobile, very bad service. You have a very bad response. I really dont understand how long will you people take to service a mobile. Really bad service. Ask your people to give my mobile in two days else please return the money. How long can we be without mobile and this is not the first time it always happens with univercell. Worst service. Please take some neccesary action.

Worst Consumer service, Last week i am also facing the same problem, My mobile having some problem, It automatically restarts for that reason i went to Jaynagar Service point thy told our Er's will check u r mobile and given the correct estimate, but no one called me the next day i went to shop they told having problem in Board so we sent to Head office (Delhi) it cost around 2500 and also wait for 15days, I told i dont want to put that much of money please return back from delhi after few minutes they go inside and comeback and given the mobile.

For this already they charge 150 not refundable amount that is for finding the problem...Noce business without doing anything everybody giving like this...

Dear Sony Ericsson,

My Name Is Ravindra Rawat and I had bought sony ericsson G900 cell phone in October 2009 from Neru enterprises.

Currently I am facing lot of problems with my cell phone especially with the touch screen. And this was already registered with the service centre on[protected] and was assured that by[protected] my problem will be rectify.

However one week has already passed and despite of my regular follow up with the service centre no resolution has been provided so far.

Even On telephonic conversation with the service centre when I asked to contact with the senior authority of Neeru enterprises I was replied with the stupid answer that, I cannot contact him without giving any PARTICULAR reason behind it.

Now I expect that Sony ericsson should act like Sony ericsson not as neru enterprises
and hope to get resolution at least from your end.
