[Resolved] Moserbaer — 19" LCD Monitor | |
I bought Moserbaer LCD. Model No: MBIW91G (18.5" wide LCD Monitor) on 03 Mar 2011 from cost to cost at Nehru place (copy of invoice attached). It is under 3 yrs warranty. On 09 Nov 2012 it developed problem(showing White Screen) I registered my complaint at Customer care via complaint No. [protected].on 10 Nov. Thereafter its about one month have passed, but neither the TFT has been rectified nor replaced Instead I have been virtually made to run from pillar to post.AND there seems no body really interested in helping out my greviance. I purchased this LCD for my Personal PC but rather the entertainment it is giving me mental harassment ,i have called the customer service several times since the 10 Nov 2012 ,i am always told that there is a problem in the lcd display and the parts are not available,then when i ask for the senior or the person in charge the customer service excecutive gives me a mobile no of Abhay Tiwari [protected].North area manager He is adept at promising and forgetting thereafter He even went as far as admitting that the concerned panel will come from China!. It seems that the company is not even keeping the spare parts.After much pleading my LCD monitor was picked up on 29 Nov 2012 with a promise that it will be rectified or replaced within four days but again they have not kept up their words.Instead i have been again asked to submit the photocopy of original invoice which i had already submitted while registering my complaint! If this is the response from the company for a customer who is less than 10 Km from the company's Head Office ,one can imagine the plight of others not so lucky. Moser baer — Not working lcd monitor
I purchase lcd monitor 15" but after two month monitor not working,I call to moser bear on 11 dec 2009 but yet no any engineer visit my site and they are saying to me part is not available. we are ordered part by delhi, but i thing from delhi come part in two to three days but this companies part not come till today date
lcd monitor — LCd not working
I, rizwan , resident of surya nagar ,Ghaziabad , made complaint with number [protected] on 29-08-10 as my samsung LCD monitor (manufactured in nov 2009 ) started misfunctioning . The next day tech rep from samsung came and suggested one supply PCB is faulty and that supply PCB will be replaced within a day or two . but till date we are making complaints on samsung call center . they will use plastic language to customer but action part is null from tech team . Till date no rep could replace the part . Tech memebers to whom I m in contact gave assurances for repair but could not take any action ,are available on the following numbers :[protected] and [protected]. They show their disability to repair although they admit that problem is minor but part is not available. On 20-10-10 , tech rep from Samsung customer care assured to wait for one more week , otherwise he will look into the matter . Tech member did not disclose his identity as he was nervous to talk about .Consumer: sir u gave warrantee for three years and monitor is just one year old

mp pendrive was not working and i gave it to service center before one month but my pen drive in not replaced and the service provider say that contact company my name is neetesh from bareilly

I have purchased one moser bare mp3 player last july. Now the device is not working. I have called the company officials number of times, but they failed to provide me the informtion regarding service centre in Jalandhar. Pls do the needfullHarminder Singh

Sir,I have a 4 GB Moser Bear Pen Drive purchased last year. The pen drive worked fine till last month, but now show the problem of write protection. i have tried so many utilitis but it can't work. so please send a proper solution for the same
Moser baer — company not willing to return
siri purchased a pen drive of the said company outlet in a ITfair at Bhubaneswar orissa with 5 years of warranty, .but that is not working at all . So i contacted at their office at saheed nagar office. they did some thing .but that was of no use.that pen drive is not working .i'm not able to open that nor format that.now the company people are not willing to replace it
Hence i need u to do guide me for my future steps.
