[Resolved] Moserbaer — Ordered item not received

I ordered 4 t5 tube lite online on 11/08/2016 and the amount has been paid through internet banking in advance. The company has send me only 2 t5 tube lites. I tried to contact customer care on the mobile nos but no [protected] is not receiving my calls and other numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] are either switched off or wrong. My emails have been returned undelivered.

Updated by rmgaikwad98 I ordered 4 T-5 Tube lites from MOSERBAER on 11/08/2016.The package was received on 16/08/2016 but only 2 T-5 tubes have been received. The telephone numbers provided for customer are not working and the other no are not giving response. The Toll free No[protected] and[protected] is not working and the mobile numbers [protected] and no [protected] are switched off. Moreover, the email id given for South & West zone in respect of Mr K.Sankar Narayanan k.[protected]@moserbaer.in is also fake, I received back the mail undelivered. The company telephone numbers are not given for consumer grievances settlement. No tollfree number is provided.

THE ORDER NO IS 227957 DATED 16/08/2016.
