Trying to book the GAS in aboe mention gas agency from Lastt 15-days but nobody is picking phone.
This is not first time, it's happening always.
Please take action against this agency to proper the services

Last 20 days trying to Gass Booking their present Ph.No.29968065- but Eigher it is no reply or engage
tone. It's happing always.
Pl do the needful for their proper service.

They always busy on phone lines and their cylinder contain minimum 1 & 2 kgs gas. So we are very regret from this agency.

My Consumer No is 30330. On 25th Nov09, they delivered the cylinder but unfortunately, it was returned due to some miscommunication. Then the gas
was booked on 28th November2009. On 6th Dec09 I went to Jagan Enterprises
and once again requested. Stil now, the gas cylinder has not reached my house.
You are requested to help me and send the cylinder to my house at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
This for your information that my Cust No. 16869/ Agency - Jagan Enterprises. DDA Flats, Madangir- 110062 .
We are trying to get the phone to book the gas from the last 15 days but nobody is responding for the calls .we are trying to call Approx.10-15 times a day but no response .
So, Sir Please let me know the proper procedure to book the gas or how to get the gas refill because another cylinder (what we using right now) will take another 10-15 days to get empty .
