BROADBAND NOT WORKING REGULARLY

I regret to bring to your kind notice, my sad experience with getting an
MTNL internet connection installed at my home.
I had registered for an MTNL Broadband connection on MARCH 2009.

My broadband connections is not working regularly anytime. First of all the Phone is not working 4 months out of 4 and Half months (till date of complaint)

I have made many complaints but after complaint it was rectified within two - three days, but at once within 2-3 hours of working again not working,
the internet connection is also run when the line is running...
Mostly whenever line is working, the MTNL server is not working

When called, the reply I get from the official is, "it will solved shorly".
after that no-one come to see the problem. now i m totally regreted from mtnl services.


Please look into the matter and arrange to get the internet problem solved at the earliest.

You are requested to kindly adjust my all paid amount towards this connection to the coming months bill...because as you see out of 4 & 1/2 months it was only worked half a month only...

its always disconnected automatlcly for 10-15 minutes.
I have made many complaints but the internet connection has not been
repaired.

When called, the reply I get from the official is, "it will solved shorly".
after that no-one come to see the problem. now i m totally regreted from mtnl services


Please look into the matter and arrange to get the internet problem solved at
the earliest.

my telephone no is[protected] & my broadband is not working in the night time & i have complaint of it many times to local authority but they does not respond to it & i am facing the same problem till now.if you are unable to resolve my problem than i will not pay next bill and do not want to continue with your services.
The day i have installed my MTNL broadband connection i encountered only problems. I have complainted atleast a 1000 times but they end up saying we will look into it and send an engineer. But they only send a linesman who checks the telephone line. Now when am paying 600 bucks per month dont i deserve a better service. I am helpless at this moment. My friends crack jokes on me after having an unlimited connection i check my mails in a cafe.

I had complaint[protected] on 11/06/09 but unfofrtunatly my comp. was not attended till date.and nobody is bother for my complaint.MTNL has the worst service back up with this kind of service and attitude towards there customer, whenever i had called up against my comp. they replied in the same manner that today your comp. will be resolved but today never comes in the dictionary of MTNL.
i am using broad band 599 unlimitted plan. my phone no is[protected]. my downloding speed become very slow reduced from 200 kbps to 20 kbps since last 2 and a half month. i have done many times complaints on 1504. but did''nt get any response kindly[protected]
i have been using mtnl for the last i year .i am using the mtnl plan 599 unlimited.i used to get good speed of about 200-210 kbps.but last one month beforei am geting very low speed 20-25 kbps.so kindly check
