Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring your kind attention towards the services provided by MTNL (Dolphin). I had made the online payment for my mobile bill yesterday i.e. 22nd February, 2010. It have been done payment for more than 24 hours but the activation has still not done. I had also checked with the customer care representatives thrice but they are also not providing me satisfactory answer. As per them if the payment made through Credit Card it will take them more than 3 days to resume the services but at the same time other service providers activate the services within 4-6 hours time. I am very much disappointed with the their in cooperative behavior, they are not ready to understand my problem and not listening to me. Due to the delay in activation my official work is also hampering. I won't be able to make the calls. That really making me frustrating, for any important official call I have to go the local PCO and make the calls.
I request you to take a serious action against them.
