That's true.I have booked wi-fi broadband connection of MTNL in April.Till date I have lodged 1000 complaints on 1504(customer care[protected]P.S to GM), but how the MTNL persons are working God knows, each and everyone is corrupt.My ADSL of broadband is not working at all.And no one is attending this complain.

I was a subscriber to your combo plan o[censored]nlimited broadband plus landline phone( @ Rs 100 ). About two months back I requested your office to take away my connections which I don't need due to my personal problems. Your office at Shalimar Bagh accepted my application and noted the request through your computer and gave me a printed advice to submit all the instruments. I submitted all instruments connected with ADSL connection and also landline phone receiver to your office at KP block Pitam pura comlex.
Now I don't have any landline or internet connection with me, still your deptt is sending me a bill No [protected] dated 13/08/2009 amounting to Rs 119.
Please tell me what should I do with this bill for such a service which I have ceased to get benefit months ago.

I am going through same problem, Conditionof telephone mainline is very bad.
Made repeat attempts to get a new line installed.
Actionstill awaited.
