[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Broadband Issues

I am user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last 5days, some time working some time not. i have reboot my mordem in every 2 min, i has complaint about this problem in mtnl office problem is not solved till now please look into this matter as soon as possible

my broadband is not functioning properly from last one month
nobody is entertaining my complaint.inspite of my compliant at 1504 ment for broadband compliant.
no action has been taken yet. I was provided sdo no- Agm no. but nobody is responding.

I am using the MTNL broad band service since last 4 months, my internet is not working properly from last 20 days, in each 10-15 mins it disconnects. i have made a lot of complaint in 1504 but still there is no action.
They always assured me it will be recovered in 1-2 days but no action till now.
Really such type of poor service frustates very much.
plz look into this matter ASAP, otherwise i would have to think to use the service of another operators.

Dear Sir,

I have a Broadband connection of mtnl my plan is (599 unlimited)

but my dowenload speed is only 4 to 13kbps. This is not good

Soo kindly suggest me how i can increse my speed. i want minimum

dowenload speed 50 kbps.

My MTNL STD/PCO no is 26364191 at xchange -Nehru Place (Dicconnection Application)

I am suffring from the not reply from MTNL Because...i want surrendrer from MTNL land line STD/PCO connection. i m also submitted the form Surrender Certificate at Nehru Place. But we have not found any action yet and any work against my application.

no one attending the broad band complaint inspite of several compliants and also complaint loadged on e-mail . this type of service provided by the mtnl delhi

I would like inform you that the said phone/connection was surrendered on 19.1.2007 with telephone instrument. I have not received refund security money till today. You are kindly requested to look the matter and arrange refund money at an earliest time.

I am user of mtnl broad band unlimited combo plan and my telephone no is[protected]. Most of the times it is not functional since its installation. I have made so many complaints but the problem is as it is. However, I am paying for internet every month which is mere wastage of my money as I am not given the proper service for which I am paying. Whenever I have made complaint to 198 & 1504, they register complain saying that sever is not working or there is problem in line/cable, but nothing is done so far. Whenever I contacted the lineman, he has told that your phone is ok and the problem is with internet they will come and rectify it but nothing has been done.

It is therefore, requested to kindly intervene in the matter personally and rectify my problem.

Dear Sir,

I am a permanent resident of Mayur Vihar Phase-I, staying at Flat No. 65, Kala Vihar Apartments, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi since 1998. Recently, a land phone connection (Tel. No.[protected] along with ADSL link has been installed at my residence two months back approximately. Since inception of ADSL link, three times payments have been made but the ADSL link has never been improved so far. Most of the times at idle hours I found the ADSL link inactive. Every time complaints over phone are being lodged and surprisingly it was found that the ADSL link gets operative only after lodging of complaints.

In spite of paying the bills in regular course, this type o[censored]nsatisfactory and reckless service of MTNL for the ADSL link provided by the Mayur Vihar Phase-I Exchange is unbearable. As such I think that unnecessary keeping the ADSL link and paying the rent for the same is not viable. Now I am left with only two alternatives, either you continue the internet link in a versatile manner or the same may be disconnected otherwise. I have lodged several complaints over telephone at the exchange, but no fruitful result have come so far.

As there is no option left for me, I therefore appeal to you to take prompt action at your level so that the Broadband service provided to me is improved with immediate effect otherwise I am compelled to disconnect the same. I think that an appeal like this at the higher level is considered more appropriate when there is no result of appealing repeatedly at the local exchange. I hope that a favourable action will be taken by you.

I have a mtnl broadband connection on my 22934646 NO ...It is not working from last 20 days ..i booked many complaint about 30 complaint in aal department in kidvai bhawan .our karawal nagar exchange, yamuna vihar ..but no responce ..i got ...AALL the empleyeess working in MTNL say to extra money ...no one want to help and solve this problem ...they always says that they have a lot of work ...I M SAYING THAT MTNL DEPARTMENT ...IS VERY 3RD CLASS DEPARTRMENT ..IN GOVT SECTOR ...every ppl in this department need salary only ...without doing work and solving users problem ...
