My Internet Speed became very slow and i can't open another Internet Explorer so please help me phone no. is[protected]
My Internet Maximum Speed is 2Mbps plz help me out

My internet connection slow and keeps on disconnecting
I am using MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TELEPHONE Number:[protected] with 256kbps i changes my plan to unlimited plan and it is worse and i been cheated.The speed is slow and every time i have to download messags while pulling out all the wires from Modem and push again while again and again to re-start the P/C.
I did changes my plan from October 2008.It is now worse AND evey time i have to complaint for slow speed and disconnection
earlier i recomended so may people but now i am at mess.No body listen and only complaint attended and the story remains same.
The service is all time worse.

My telephone number is 25354238, I am facing problem of slow speed.
It is really slow and it takes ages to play something on youtube and while browsing.
I have done the speedtest and result is 30 kbps.
There is a friend of mine who has an mtnl connection with same plan and he is receiving a speed which is 5 times faster than mine.
I have called several times however I got nowhere.
This is my second email and still the issue is not sorted out.
I am tired of calling customer care executives and numbers provided by them.
I don't understand why they have a staff who know nothing about customer service.
This is a pathetic service and I will cancel as soon as I will get a new connection.

Please do the needful and help me with this issue.

dissapointed about my internet speed. it is hardly around 15 kbps. we have been your costumer for atleast 12 years. pl help. i chose this plan to get some download for studies but with adsl going off and slow speed is a really irritating part.kindly help.

Right Now My Speed Is Only 30 -32 kbps But Plan Is 256 kbps UL.
Actually First Of All I Was Having 256 UL I Used It For 2 Year And Now I Changed My Plan To 512 But Was Getting Speed Of Only 50-60 kbps.
I thoguth i should roll back to 256 kbps UL atleast i'll get 200 + kbps.
But Damn Nothing happened and everydya i registers a complaint but damn damn damn.

I'm Fed Up.

We have a MTNL connection of STD Telephone and Broadband. It passed 10 days our internet speed is slow as well as disconected after connecting of 2/3 minutes. It is hamper in our work.

So, Please do the needful action as soon as possible.

My phone no. is 24646566, I have the 256 KBPS unlimied plan, the downlaod speed that I get is a pathetic 25 kbps. Despite several complaints, no one has fixed it yet. Its not that difficult for U guys, All u need to do is just increase the clock speed at your end. The fact is that you dont want to do it. Please please please get this resolved ASAP.

My MTNL connection worked ok for a while but now i have no idea what happened!! it just works so slowly
every website takes like 2-3 mins to load. It takes 20 mins to download 5mb. How much worse can MTNL get. But because of where i live i cannot get any other connection.
