network is [censored] poor and customer service representative talk like they r our boss...9 out or 10 times they disconnect phone...they all are uneducated people frm d villages...mtnl sucks...im fed up wid this connection...after 12 network becomes like two person talking on coconut shells through threads...pls someone kick d a** of mtnl officials...im gonna throw dis connection in gutter...

Terrible service - nothing is going on for upgradation, not only do calls drop in many areas there is no coverage in the centre of New Delhi in the so called VVIP areas. Have been with Dolphin for the past 5 years as a loyal Government Servant but its just not improving. Today (18May2009) has been the ultimate there is just no signal anywhere I go in New Delhi.
Today (18May2009) is an epitome in mtnl's lethargic existence.. the network has been down from yesterday night(around 2 am) and the day is through n mtnl has done nothing about it.
i think they should forget upgrading the network to 3g n try improvising on the quality of service they can provide their consumers on 2g itself.

i already used to dolphin service since 3 to 4 year!! there is no network in GTB ENCLAVE .. there's officer also slow and they do not want to work on network ..many time i complaints senior officer but no positive reply and talking like rudely.. so plz govt take suitable action to mtnl(dolphin department )
i m leaving in ramesh nagar new delhi 110015 there no network of dolphin connection i m suffering so much
