mtnl dolphin — excellent customer service
dear sirwith reference to my earlier mails (copy below) more or less the problem of my broadband service on my telephone no. 23360042 has been resolved and i am thankful to u, similarly as per as mobile no [protected] and [protected], the positon of caller tune is as before today i lodged a complaint through 1503 today mornig. Pl note one development today at i receicved call from [protected] and from[protected] at about 4.54 and 5.03 evening) both are asking my complaint i told them that from mobile to mobile caller tune is not riging, they telling it is ringing and at that time it was ringing but my enquiry at about 6.22 evening the position is as before, as per my noting is concern at the of evening all activities of caller tune on mobile phone became dead. Immediately i contacted with [protected] he told he will check the same tomorrow morning. Sir pl let me know how long i will have bear this postion

with reference to my earlier mail correspondece enclosed, the postion both of my mobiles are same i e [protected] and [protected]. default caller tune is still ringing from mobile to mobile. i dont when i will get service, pl note with this mtnl has debited service charge for this purpose but i have not yet received service. Sir pl order the mtnl dolphine service to call me from mobile to mobile accutality will come out. till date i have not received any correspondece from mtnl dolphin

THANK you for your hard copy reply and immediate action on this matter, i am giving you another performance report of mtnl, i lodged a complaint for caller tune which is not functioning properly ([protected] [protected]), on eqnquiry(19.2.2009) from 1503 they told that my complaint has been resolved, it is surprising how mtnl has erased my complaints without resolving the same, Sir i want to lodge this matter through RTI pl guide me accordingly as well as if you please send the matter again to concerned department . The postion of my internet service as usual[protected].

Sir,
1. This to inform that I am a contented customer of MTNL services for many years, and have been using services on mobile numbers [protected] / [protected].
2. However, for past over a month there is no coverage at (Approximately 200 Meters around) my residence at 03 Sector 20 NOIDA. UP 201301. I had reported the same at the Sanchar Hut, Sector 18 NOIDA UP. The Officer In charge had attended to the complaint and suggested that this matter needs to be taken up with higher authorities to resolve the issue. It is therefore requested that necessary action be taken to resolve the problem of ‘no network coverage’ at house no 03 sector 29 NIODA, UP.

dolphin — poor service network
dolphin is really bad service provider.toady 27jan2010,i am deciding to disconnect my number of dolphin as this is the secont time in which the network vainished without information before hand of any kind.it is really sad for the company that they will loose thier repotation in the compatative field of service provider.i personally rank dolphin as most unfavourable and desirable network ever in india.no before hand information of the network problem.no custormer bare.i personally will tell people not to choose dolphin.dolphin — no network
No network for last 3 daysIf Dolphin is disconnected for any reason, no notice period was given.
If my balance is not sufficient, I should have been intimated.
I always pay Rs 5000 voluntry deposit,if it is over, then SMS should have sent..

How will MTNL make profit if the consumers are not serviced properly, serve what you have, or do not increase the customers if you cannot serve them, complaints not attended well in time,
DOLPHIN NETWORK — NO NETWORK
Dear sirs,it is really a matter of great shame for a BIG ORGANIZATION MTNL/BSNL DOLPHIN network, whenever there is supply failure or heavy rain the network of DOLPHIN become unavailable in both of my mobile. I am residing in sector-20 CBD BELAPUR.So many times complaints were made in past,but situation is same, since last three days there is no signal in my mobiles.

For any network related issue give complaint at 1503.every area has a incharge,when u give the complaint you can ask the area incharges no. And contact him directly n contact him till ur complaint iS not resolved.or else you have the full rights to ask For his superiors no. From him and contact them or even the gm for dolphin his no.is [protected] or you can get from 1503 if changed.guys itz our complaints and pressure which Can stop these network issues so plz dnt sit quiet. really dolphin is bad company as well as customer care executive also not resolve our problem...

On regular basis, Internet is down and do not know WHOM to call?internet not working for hrs.
Suddenly Internet is getting disconnected suddenly and it happens 4 to 5 times in one hour. Pl. do the need full. It may compel me to disconnect the connection of MTNL thanks32%
