[Resolved]  MTNL Landline Bill — Broadband usage charges for not using broadband

Hello Sir,

I have send mail to [protected]@mtnl.net.in 24-Nov-2008, [protected]@mtnl.net.in on 25-Nov-2008

Land Line No: 25901546

I have MTNL Broand Band plan, Pay as Usage...
I have not used brond band and still I got charged for the same

Please find the following details

Bill No: [protected] Date 06-Oct-2008 Brond Band Usage Rs. 594
Bill No: [protected] Date 06-Nov-2008 Brond Band Usage Rs. 371
Bill No: [protected] Date 06/01/2009 Brond Band Usage Rs. 93

Please look into the matter will appriciate your effort...
I found this is the last option for me.

dear sir,
i have a bill dated 9/10/2008 of Rs1778. Sir i have some query regarding this bill & also bills after the same date. We r not using our net very casual then also we get the broadband bill of Rs. 449.Pls tell us about our broad band plan.I want to know whether our bill would be same or we have some other option to reduce our broadband bill.

this month my bill amount is big.my bill amount Rs.2286. my tele phone no[protected], my password is [protected].but previous month my bill amount Rs.423 is coming.sir please off my bill.my net not proper work.so my bill amount is highest.
