The dolphin mobile services in Delhi is completely disturbed since 17.5.2009. The service provider, MTNL Delhi has issued advertisement in the dailies explaining their position but never say even a word at what time the said services will be restored. Whether this is a fair on the part of service provider?
With reference to the telephone number 022-26824541, we would like to inform you that our latest telephone bill has exceeded our normal average bill amount which has made us inquisitive. I would like to verify the call log/detail and confirm that the calls has been made by us or whether there is any discrepancy in the bill generated by you.

My phone no 011-22240166 was out of service from 28-10-2013 to 11-11-2013, Under there was cable theft. Complaints registered are 805 dated 28-10-2013 and 735 dated 07-11-2013. Today (12-11-2013) personally visited telephone office and reported. One technician deputed who restored the connection by joining the broken wire.
Since could not be able to use the services due to lapses by MTNL between 28-10-2013 to 11-11-2013, MTNL should not charge monthly rent for this period. What I need to do for this ?
