MTNL Mumbai — online mtnl recharge twice debited

i recharged mu father's mtnl mumbai mobile no [protected] with amount 150/- but the recharge was not done, again i recharged with 150/- that time recharge was done, thus double amount of 150/- (rs 300) was deducted however recharge of only 150/- was done
the ref no are 1)[protected] and 2)[protected] through corporation bank netbanking saving account
kindly do the needful
