hey all these people r shameless we cant do anything against them as i dont have MTNL but have tata modem wireless it is just worst we can simply spread the truth so atleast others will not buy their products. just spread this message you may get some impact. thank you
I have mtnl, Mumbai landline no.[protected] and this number is not working since the last five months along with the BROADBAND facility. I am being charged Rs. 250 per month of monthly service charges plus Rs. 999/- per month for the BROADBAND Service charges plus taxes etc. I have given in a letter in writing on 4th of April, 2011 at the Charcop Telephone Exchange to please disconnect my abvoe landline number but instead of disconnecting the line, I receive a call from the telephone mechanic that my phone is working now but I insisted that pls disconect the same as I have given a letter in writing. But this has not been done till date and I have received another bill for the month of April, 2011.

You are one of the sadest service providers i have ever experienced.
I have a problem using my Brodband as the Interner light is not blinking in the ASDL modem.
I have booked a complaint but they state that a person will come on the same day and fix it but it 2 months now i am not able to fix the problem
Your customer service is also on of the irritating services as they pick up the phone and never talk .
I have Voice recordings of all the representatives i have talken to for the past 20 days and also they gave me around 10 different numbers stating the numbers are for area supervisors who will look into the issue but no one picks the phone there.
I have enough proof to submit against you as past two mionths i am paying my bill for 450 combo brodmabd plan but just it is in Vein .
So kindly look into this issue ASAP or i will submit all proof to the Consumer Court ans launch legal complaint
