Dear Sir,
Its more than two months my billing issue is not resolved on one side, on the other side my telephone line is temporary disconnected from last two weeks beside paying all bill except the disputed one, (The disputed bill is also paid (1/Nov/2011)).
From the time I have taken the broadband connection I am facing problems which are mentioned as follows:-
1. From evening around 7.00 pm to morning 9-10 am my net is not working, I have launched a number of requests, Many a times i have launched complains after that i spoke with Area manager for a number of times and also with nodal officer, But still I am facing the same problem. Line technician use to visit and re-plug the wire but in the evening the same problem happens again and again.
2. The billing issue "I have opted Trial BB Plan 50 on the month of July. & got the same on the bill of july, In the month of august i have opted the plan TriB combo UL data-599.But in the bill of September, Billing department have added TriB combo UL data-599 charges for the both month (July & August. Please refer the attachments for details). "
3. Telephone line is temporary disconnected for last 10 days. After having payed current and the disputed bill with fine due to the error from the billing department, I am still yet to get any response of escalations from last 2 months.
I kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.
PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT FURTHER ACTION SHOULD I NEED TO TAKE.
