i m subscriber of MTNL trump mobile number [protected] I hv recharged my phone on 29th aug for rs 300 that time my balance was 360rs on 31st aug arnd 5am i did e-charge of rs 14 of gprs pack of 100mb for 3 days on 1st evening i come to kn that my balance is around 14rs only. and my gprs charges are deducted tried to launch complain for 3 days but never got through it finally on 4th evening they took my complain. and today on 5th sept arnd 12pm operator called and started arguing with me. when i asked for history she refused to give m. refused to tell m her name too. i want my balance of rs 300 back now
