MTNL / Trump / Mobile Service — inspite of registering DONOT DISTURB/THE SMS KEEPS COMING AT ODD HOURS /FED UP/THEY SHOULD START PAING RS.500/-PER MESSAGE AS PER TRAI RULES

SIR.,
PLS NOTE THAT INSPITE OF REGISTERINGMY MOBILE NO [protected] in the NDNC directory so that i should not be disturbed wit promotional or marketing messages/they keep coming to me /inspite of complains to the MTNL ,mumbai.they have been disowning responsibility/i registered NDNC facility on22/12/09.The messages should stop on 5th february/i have complained 3 times inthe last 21 days.they keep saying i'm supposed to call 1503 and complain.NOW after3 complains they still keep coming at odd hours .i deand acompensation of rs.50,000/- for wasting my times and mental harassment of picking up the phone to see the messages when it rings.
COMPALINT NOS /DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS.

i plead that they should stop or they should pay me 500/-if it appears once again
