Hi,
I have bought this device([protected]) almost 8 months back after seeing their ads and promotions. 3.1mbps was the the promised speed. I dont think they even know that they have promised this speed.
It doent even give 10% of the maximum speed.
One more frustrating observation is that, connection becomes dead slow 4-5 days prior to the validity date.
So, I have ended up recharging it 3-4 days before the actual validity date on fewer occassions.
That means, I have lost 3-4 days of service usage on that particular month.
Video call is never been successfull because of the poor connectivity. Thanks to Mblaze.
I have lodged complaints with customer care and they had promised me that their technical team would visit my place. But, no one has turned up so far. I dont think they have any technical team with them.
I feel that, I have been victimized. I want to give their device back and take back my money.
In first place, out system should allow these companies to operate with such a poor quality standards.
Please some one do something about it!
