My name is Anand Deshpande and residing in Pune (Pimpri-Chinchwad). I have purchased HTC pulse with a MTS post paid connection on July 2011. At that time their set up in Pune was not intact and they provided me a Mumbai No. [protected]. Last bill was generated in March that was Rs. 587.01/- and also they made a commitment to provide the service up to 10th of April and 15% discount will be given on the bill.
I made a payment of Rs.590/- trough United India Bank's A/c debit card on 15th March 2013 and they barred the services on 21st of March and told me that i have not made any payments still it is pending. Next day i went to the Bank and got the entire information the said amount has been debited from the A/c on the same day and they given me the copy o[censored]pdated passbook and the Transaction Id No. [protected]. Still they have not resumed the services, for number portability i have to send an SMS i.e., PORT [protected] to1900 than they will give me the Unique port code than i can switch over to another service provider.
