This is with regards my mts account number[protected] with mobile number - [protected].
The device is deactived since feb 2011 due to non-payment of the billed amount. I want to bring to your notice that I received my february and march 2010 bill only in the month of may 2011 (on 5th may 2011 to be precise). Since deactivation I am trying to constantly get in touch with someone at the mts customer care, but the only resolution I get is that the team will forward me all the monthly bills asap. Also per the march 2011 bill, I am charged rs. 898 for a mblaze 898 plan activated by me (this was never done). When asked for a clarification on this the call center confirms that they will get back as soon as possible. My only request to them is to forward me my monthly bills which will help me to pay them. Also this inactivity has caused tremendous waste of my time and money given that I have not been able to use the service since the time I bought the connection.
Hope that this complaint helps me get a quick resolution.
