yesterday I bought, MTS Blaze and due to some issues I called MTS customer care ( i CALLED THEM AT 4:30 pm APPROX ON 08 TH MARCH 2011 .( MY MDN NUMBER: [protected]). The call started with normal note but I did not like calling my name being an indian I do not like younger people call me by my name.
After listening to ( may be acting as he is listening) my issue, he asked me and put me on hold with out confirming iff I want to be put on hold or not.
Once he put me on hold he never came back... I waited for close to 10 minutes and call got disconnnected, beacuse I was running short of mobile balance.
Do not know what should I call that guy feel like calling him names starting from mather....behain...but know he is shame less black sheep.
