[Resolved] Mts — Carry forward of Balance | |||
I had buyed MTS MBlaze data card no. [protected] on 7/5/12 and it showed 3 months validity , It also showed recharge date of 3/8/12 but when I recharged the data card on 3rd August, the unused balance was not transferred and they now say that the account validity was ended on 2nd August . I feel cheated by MTS, if they cannot give balance then why are they advertising false promises of 3 months validity Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a new mts mblaze connection with 10 gb, also with carry forward facility... but after one month when i recharged with it with 348 rs, its only showing 2 gb but 6gb was remaining of mine.

are you making fun of me? my no is [protected]. and since last five months i could not able to check my usage balance through your what you call it "check my balance" option. i wanted to contact your customer care through[protected], but there was no response. i tried your toll free no [protected] but the phone was switched off. are you people making mockery of your customer. if so then let me know, i will take the other route. and if not then solve my problem.
