MTS CDMA — Message Delivery failure for number porting Out

For the past 5 days I’m following with MTS Customer care for Porting out facility and the customer care is providing with wrong timing. Today is the 5th day I tried sending the SMS to 1900 from my mobile no [protected], but getting delivery failure from my MTS mobile no.

MTS is not even registering a complaint against this issue
