[Resolved] Mts — Connection Blocked for No Reason | |||
Hi I had purchased a MTS cdma connection - [protected], 5-6 month's back. Recently(7the July) I got a message saying my request for SIM change is registered and same will be processed. I ignored thee message, but noticed my Sim was blocked. I immediately went to an MTS store and found someone carrying DEMO sim has blocked my number and I have to pay 50rs to get new sim. I registered complaint withe customer care several times but no resolution, Its almost been 20days. Whenever I call, they would say my complaint was closed(though I dint got resolution) and take a new complaint and give me resolution of 20-22 working hrs(8hr = 1day). Even when i called Zonal office they said they will try to resolve or I have to take thee new sim by paying 50rs. when I insisted on commitment they would disconnect thee call. I DONT WANT TO PAY EVEN A RUPEE TO GET THE NEW SIM DUE TO THEIR FAULT.Though I had spend more then 100rs as currency on calling their customer care. if you are looking for new connection KINDLY REQUEST TO LOOK FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, Apart from this what i suffered from MTS Broadband is still Worst.
