[Resolved] MTS Data Card — Deactivated connection after 4 days | |||
I opted for MTS datacard MBLAZE 899 unlimited plan on 27/05/2011. From the start date i am not getting promised 3.1 Mbps. I got on average of 140 Kbps speed. On Tuesday(31/05/2011) i tried to connect the datacard. I got the error message as Server Not Responding. So i contacted the Customer Care, they informed me that my verfication was not completed, because of this they given only Rs.100/- as credit limit for one month, which i have used it for 3 days. If i want to continue the usage then i have pay Rs. 100/- more for one month. So i contacted the Local Salse Executive Amrudhin contact number [protected] to get the details, but he is not even picking the call either. So i tried to contact the customer care, but they informed me that the service is not active. My MTS data card number [protected]. Can any one suggest me how to handle this situation. I totally agree with the above complaint. Same thing happened to me in kozhikode circle. Very poor service from MTS and they do marketing by fraudulent means without giving the entire information about the plans and their hidden charges. I too advice not to opt for MTS.

My kind advice dont go for MTS data card. Worst customer care and worst Service.
