Do you think customer is fool ??????? As you already have below details again i want to give you same. Please fid below my complain for your service less internet services 1) i purchased MTS Data Card looking at your advertisement and i thought that you will give best solutions to my need. 2) on last Sunday i.e. on 21st nov 2010 i purchased MtS DATA Card, since then am facing network problem.3) on the same day I tried launching a complain but they say you will have to wait for 24 hours, so out of one month prepaid I lost 24 hours 3) then i launched a complain on 22nd, but then it took almost 7 days to resolve my problem, so again i lost 24 hrs x 7 says = 168 hours 4) when my Internet started properly I received msg from MTS that docs provided is not sufficient, and my internet get stopped for another 48 hours 5) am submitting a docs on Monday evening that to MTS outlet only and till next day i.e after 24 hours my internet did not started. 6) on top of that calling customer service is a pain. i have to hold almost half an hour 7) for my urgent work mail I had to go to cyber cafe and pay additional I paid almost 600 Rs. extra as in our nearby area there is no cyber cafe. we specifically have to go to mulund station and going and coming costs us rs 50 + cyber charges Rs 25 / hrs 8) after solving documents problem my Internet started working, and that took 3 days, 9) again there was network complain at my place. i launched a complain again once my documents problem solved. 10) Support person Mr. Navneet Visited at my place on 3rd Dec 2010 and found out that really there is a problem at my home. 11) I asked him when can my problem get solved, he told me that he will forward complain to technical dept on monday, and then they will resolve problem. but till now there is no feed back from Mr. Navneet, i called him so many times to sort out my problem, he simply told me that i have forwarded complain to technical dept. now nothing in my hand, so i asked him give me contact details of technical dept. he told me he do not have details of technical dept. ( surprising ), if he do not have details of technical dept. how he will forward my complain to them isn't it ????? next i asked him give email address he said he do not have. then he gave me email address of Mr. Tarun Khatri, but seems this is not MTS Email address. I asked for his land line no. he gave me Mr. Ravi's Direct no, I Asked Mr. Ravi to give me email address as i need to send complain to him, he told me he cannot give email address. whatever problem is there can talk verbally. I asked him if they take only verbal complain and not written complain, he disconnected line. 12) In between I spoke to Nodal officer – Bombay , but seems she do not have any interest in my complain, I accept that I have not written my MTS no in my first mail, but then I had given my contact details she could have easily been called me and asked me abt desired details. 13) She told me she had replied msg to me, but till now I have not recd any mail, she told me she will resend me again, but not recd any mail from her, related to my query. 14) always your customer service says that problem will be solved with in 24 hrs, but then no one is interested to call or sort out problem like a fool we only have to call them. Wasting time and money behind calling them 15) customer service person will tell that will keep you hold for 30 seconds, and they return back only after 15 to 20 min so till then we cannot do any other work. 16) today I spoke to Mr. Kuldip Supervisor and he told me that he will call me back in one hrs time, I spoke to him around 1.30 in the afternoon, till now there is no call from him Following Problem 1) Network Problem speed 4 to 5 Mbps 2) If I get connection, within 5 to 10 min, it gets disconnected 3) If I try again to connect it says device is not configured properly or in use. 4) I have no other option and only to restart my Notebook again. 5) Almost 20 times in a day I had to restart my Notebook due to this problem Now lets go legal, should I send notice legally to your company. If so let me know. Await possibly quick response. I have lost order of Rs50,00,000 from oe of my buyer in italy. who is going to payy all lose 1) I paid Rs. 999 for recharge out of which i was unable to use serrvice for any day. 2) i have spend Rs 600 for travelling to cyber and using their services 3) waste of time and waste of money 4) lost order of Rs. 50,00,000, i will be going to file a case on MTS - India for the said amount.
