[Resolved] MTS Data Card — Fooling with promotional offers, data card malfunctioning, no customer care support | |||
I am using MTS data card no. [protected], every time its giving some problem or the other. First of all, whenever it is recharged, it stops functioning, everytime I have to mail nodal officer and customer support to resolve the issue, so it is dead for 2-3 days. Now for the past 2 weeks I was getting promotional offer on my mobile that if I get it recharged for Rs 498/-, i'll get 750 MB usage free... I got it recharged for the sum but there's no such balance as they are smsing as promotional offer. So its all fake. Customer care support executives are such foolish and illiterates i must say that they hardly understand ur problem. Extra balance always get deducted for less usage. even if the card is not in use, u;ll find the balance gone. Such a great and fake company, making fool of customers. MTS is very bad... They are frauds... Its not a broadband at all... it only runs in CDMA 1x... Very Very Very slow... slower than your mobile phone internet.. just think of it... they say its 3.1 mbps... its not even 3 kbps...
