Mts — even after registered to DND they started jukebox service without my consent

i have ragistered myself toDND. Even after that JUKE BOX SERVICE has been activated on my mobile no. They even deducted the amount of this service from my balance. My complaint no. is SEP/1089.Also the behaviour of customer care is not cooperative.I also send mail to nodle officer,but still not get reply.This is customer's harressment.I need justice through your forum - MANVINDER
