I PURCHASE THE ONE MTS BLAZE FROM THE MOBILE STORE SARITA VIHAR DELHI. ON 11TH OCT 2010. PUCHASING TIME I SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT AND FILL THE FORM AFTER SOME TIME IT NOT WORK I COMPAINT TO THE THE MOBILE STORE AND MTS CUSTOMER CARE . CUSTOMER CARE SAID THAT YOUR DOCUMENT IS SUBMITED THEN I CALL TO THE MOBILE STORE THE SAY WE SUBMITED THE DOCUMENT . AFTER THAT AGAIN SUBMITED THE DOCUMENT. NUT THAT NUMBER IS ACCTIVATED. I CALLED HIM LOT OF TIMES. NOW THEY R SAYING WE CANT DO ANY THING IN THIS MATTER. AFTER CALLING THE LOT OF TIMES THEY SAYS CHANGE YOUR MTS MBLAZE HERE . I GO THERE AFTER THEY SAY WE HAVE NO FORM .
PLESE SIR HELP ME THEY MAKING ME FOOL .

Now when its not working there I spent 5 days over a conmpliant (with customer care and through emails.), they gave me all sorts of troubleshooting but did not resolve the problem. And to top it, they even closed my Query, remarking as RESOLVED.
They are just assuing you that it will get resolved but it never does. Anyone reads this blog and has any kind of resolution kindly revert back.
