Dear Sir,
I am using MTS Mblaze with No [protected].
On[protected], I recharged the same but after recharge it could not be activated. I called Customer Care and only then I came to know that it was wrongly recharged on the number [protected] which the company's own number.
The executive verified the mistake and asked me to recharge the same again and the money (Rs 999/-) will be refunded to my bank account within 10 working days.
I did the same. But I didnot receive the refund dispite of more then 20 calls, email (Scan copy of receipt and bank statement)
At last I made a complaint again on[protected], and the excutive assured me that it will be done within 8 hours.
Today, on[protected], I received a call from the technical department (No [protected]). The gentleman straightway declared that this was my mistake and not of MTS company.
I AM REALLY SHOCKED WITH THE BEHAVIOUR !
