i am using mts prepaid data card number [protected]..on 24thof august i got a msg that mentioned recharge with 399rs and 2gb instantly and 3gbwihtin one week..i recharged on the same date..and i got only 2gb and 1gb thereafter..as it was the previous promotional offer..lots of time i mailed and called to customer care executive all the time they said please wait and i still waiting..oll the time they told me u r not eligible for this..i told them about the message but they are not agreed that i have received message in this regard..apart this i have not received my credit points..lots of time i chatted online some customer executive said they don't have info about this..some gonna irritate me i kept whole matter in front of them but again and again they are asking which point and reacted that they dont know about this and session get ended coz they don't wanna help...i hate this attitude this hate mts..don't wanna suggest anyone to use..please be away mts..they are sending wrong messages and not agreed that they have mistaken..one proof as stated under...if i am not eligible why i got message as there was no mention data card number mentioned..if i got i thought that would be for me...even i confirmed before recharge they told me that i[censored] got definitely u will get the same data as mentioned and said we are not having info for this..so without worry u can recharge it..and now having this attitude fo mts
