MTS India (System Shyam Telecom Services) — not resolving speed issue even after 7 days of time. | |||
i have recharged my account of MTS data card(No.[protected]) with Rs.999 on saturday 17th march 2012. from the 1 hr of the recharge i am facing the speed issue. as my data card is working on 1x speed . it should work on 3x speed. i complained almost 6 to 8 times to the call centre. every day they are asking for 1 more day. as i will not be able to use 3x speed for limited 10gb data and services comitted by provider, i am raising this complaint. please do revert back to me.
