Mts — gprs complaint

dear sir ,
i hereby state that i am unhappy with mts services from mts india.I am tired of calling customer care numbers but they do not satisfy.I wanted to activate gprs on my mobile but they say that u haw to buy new number for that.Why i will buy new.All facilities should be provided on older number only. Its just a way of earning more money and harassing customers. I humbly request to sort out this problem and make me satisfied by the network.My mobile number is [protected].
