I made a big mistake by taking the MTS connection. I took a MTS connection MDN Number [protected] around 20th Aug 2012. I took a plan where the cost of the data card was waived off on payment of 3 months advance rental 799 X 3. Under that plan I was to get upto 6GB unlimited download per month at 3.1 MBPS. After 3 months, ending Nov 2012, I have been trying to get my plan changed to Rs 899 plan where I will get 12GB download at 3.1 MBPS.
It has been over 2 Months and I have called the customer care atleast 10 times int he last 2 Months+ to get the plan changed but nobody is able to resolve the 'COMPLEX' request. MTS plans can get changed only starting 1st of any month. Once I have even been given wrong information by the customer service executive that the plan change request are only entertained if they are taken between 1st-15th of a month.
Details of my complaints / request for plan change (the ones that I have made a note of):

2. R[protected] Raised on 26th Jan 2012- Still Pending
Every time I try to speak to someone senior so that he can help, they tell me that I will get a call back but I never do.
The customer service of MTS is a NIGHTMARE. I would definitely not recommend MTS to anyone with a sane mind and wanting to be the same way!
