i took a mts mblaze postpaid connection on 6/09/2011, it was activated next day, baut after a wwks time it was disconnected for some verification charges of Rs.100, i submitted all the documents and they verified, as per the dealer he told there won't be any other hidden charges, somehow it was resolved, but after a month i got a bill, which i paid before the due day to the mts lutlet where i took the connection, he told it will be paid, but it was actually not paid by him....and my connection was disconnected and mts people started harassing me for the payment...i contacted the dealer in mathikere many times...he never respond...worst experience..then i decided to cancle the connection...called up the mts customer care on 25/11/2011 and told just to cancel the connection placed a request.....then i called many times to customer care to check the status they are still says its active....and they are generating bills every month....its been a month i am telling them please cancel my connection...but not sure what they want me to do to deactivate this connection....such a worst customer service.........those people don't know to guide the customer correctly.....please ask them to cancel mts # [protected] cancellation ref# R[protected] Was this information helpful? |
