I have made the payment of M.T.S bill online from my debit card and it's a fault from M.T.S which shows technical failure and M.T.S customer care executives says u have to make the payment again or else your services will be barred and i'm finding M.T.S outlets Each and every outlet is closed and i'm unable to make payment when i call again in customer care to ask the request to make executive visit my home and take payment they said i want to put you on hold and let us check availability and they just disconnects the phone and now again when i call them they just says make the payment or else we'll close all your services even i have the request number of call..... If it's not my fault how can they make fool of people and just stop their services even if that's their services fault....
please help me with some suggestions to raise a complaint against them.... i have all the PDF files of transactions and all the call recordings and Customer Request Number of helpline number with the agent name who received the call... everything i have but where to make the right complaint to get instant results....
