[Resolved]  MTS, MBlaze Usb Modem — Cheating on Consumers.

Hello Readers,

I am too a affected user of MTS broadband.I have purchases the data card at 2300 rs 15 days back.
As promised by delear that you will get 15Gb for 15 days, i did got not sure whether it was 15 gb provided, as of im not a frequent downloader. I used just 2 GB. MTS claim to provide speed upto 3mbps which is a fake .I get around 500kbps speed :( and my location is also in centre of city, not staying in some rural place where speed could be a problem.I advice you not to go for MTS, when i called the support people of MTS they were such a illetrat guys that cant even distinguis betwn GPRS and Broadband net, fools.Also it was told to me surfing is free only download will be charged, so i even confirmed before buying that if i watch live streaming clips from Youtube would it be counted as download or surfing .They told its free as you are not donwloading, this is just a false claim.
Secondly i was promised to be provided with 4 Games Cds and a Britannica Enclopedia, which would be couried to me- still not received .

Conclusion- Speed Sucks not even 50% what they claim.

Hi, I am balasubramanian, i have simply cheated by MTS data card service.

They told me, you can received up to 3.1 Mbps, but it is very slow, maximum i will get 84.3 kbps.

I am be very affried because that only one connection myself running which number is [protected] but in the long run one separate connection which number [protected] is running casually & RCV activateted time to time, confirmation massage coming my cell no:[protected] as usual.
Several time I complained MTS distributor to disconnect the number [protected] but till date it is running.I hope that after receiving the complain
block this number & should be punished unathorised users.I am requesting you please take your great step as early as possible.
