MTS Mobile — balance deduction

i am using MTS operator,it detects my unauthorized balance.
it activate useless services without my permission and charged it.
i have to pay unless charges again and again.
i have complained to customer care but no response from MTS.
and i have also complained to consumer court,complain no. is given below
complain no:-467573

MTS — deduct balance

i have recharge of 50 full talk time but i have got only38.54 pls look at the reqest .the store name i will recharge is aaman enterpriges cannot place cidco a.bad
