Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently i have been distrubed from a list of mobile numbers used by same person (suspected based on voice). Normaly at night he is callsing to my mobile from different numbers and during conversasion he is using very rough language.

So please provide the details or do the needful

MTS has got mafia habit may be because they are from russia. i called up MTS customer disservice / harassment to block the advt SMS i was getting, so for doing that they repeatedly automatically subscribed me to caller tunes and when i unsubscribed the next day they subscribed me twice and charged me twice for caller tunes again, i unsubscribed and called up the harassment wing of the mafia telecom co only to have further harassment in the evening by again subscribing me to to caller tunes, in all together they looted 50 rupees and loads of harassment in 3 days. complain no. is JUL/687 . what a shame ? and the customer service again calls up and behave like cops, r these guys using the russian mafia techniques or the kgb mercenary methods in treating customer

I have a mts mobile no [protected] in which i use a special power of Rs 28/- provided my MTS per month for calling UK /USA science last couple of days i am not able to be connected to UK I have lodge a comppain to the customer care vide complain no OCT 230884 DT 17 OCT 2010 AND THE FIRST COMPLAIN WAS LODGE ON 14 OCTOBER 2010 VIDE COMPLAIN NO OCT/188366 EVERY TIME THER ASSURE ME IT WILL BE RECTIFIED IN 8 WORKING HOURS . MY MTS NO IS [protected].
I CALL TO MTS CUSTOMER CARE ON 5 MARCH 2011 AT 3.03 PM FOR CONFIRMATION OF MY CURRENT STD CHARGES.THEY CONFIRM ME THAT YOUR LOCAL CHARGES IS 30 PAISA & STD CHARGES IS 49 PAISA. I REPEAT 4 TIMES ABOUT MY STD CHARGES. THEY CONFIRM ME SAME THING.
BUT WHEN I MAKE STD CALLS ON 5 MARCH AT 9.54PM AFTER 10 MINUTES WHEN I DISCONNECT THE LINE THEY MINUS MY Rs. 14/-. I SOCKED WHAT HAPPEND??.THEN IMMEDIATELY CONNECT TO CUSTOMER CARE AT 10.05 PM.THEY TOLD ME THAT "AAMRA DUKHITO". WHEN I TOLD HIM PLZ TRANSFER LINE TO YOUR BOSS. HE TALK & HOLD ME UPTO 13 MINUTE.AFTER THAT REPLY ME THAT SIR BOSS IS BUSY NOW PLZ CALL AFTER 4 HOUR.
MY REQUEST ONLY ONE THING THAT CREDIT MY MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT.

MTS MOBILE — email through mobile subscription

I have already lodged my complaint to appellate officer, regarding what went wrong. I was charged Rs.15/- towards " get your e mail in your mobile charges Rs/15/-. However, after that no information from the service provider (M T S) on what is to be done next to get the mail.
After contacting the customer service (at least 6 executives, 3 senior executives ) over the phone and talked for minimum 3 hours over phone. No result. Will you be charging from customers like this, may be 1000 customers (that makes 15000 rupees) and is this the way you earn money instead of providing services! !! . You can beg for money. On the top of it you gave me a number stating that this is my complaint number and you yourself telling that you resolved the complaint.
I need a solution within 48 hours. If I am not addressed , I have no other option, but to approach consumer court.

Please note that, I do have copies of S M S I received, I sent, and the names of customer care executives . Thanks and regards
