My complaint is regarding barred of outgoing call against my mobile number [protected]. I made complaint on 18 March-2011 at customer care against complaint number Mar-5340 Mr Rishi the eecutive told me that recharge the number I recharge the number wit Rs. 50 but outgoing call still barred after again talk with Mr. Sunil, he said that I have to recharge with 200 Rs. But this type of information never told by Mr Rishi. And he given the time of 6 hours for open the barred calls on 19 March-2011 now today is 22 March-2011 my outgoing still barred. In today morning call at service center Mr Jagdeep was there and he also given the time of 6 hours.
The whole scenario has proved that how MTS Company Making Fool to Customers.
If any one of the staff have little bit of shame, must open my barring calls.
